James R. Hasenyager has been admitted to the Utah State
Bar since 1975. During his more than 30 years in
practice, Mr. Hasenyager has been to trial on numerous
cases and continues to commit himself to trying cases for
the benefit of his clients. Mr. Hasenyager also devotes
substantial time to preserving open space for the benefit
of Utah's current citizens, and their children in the
future.
Peter W. Summerill has tried substantial verdict
cases and taken important state constitutional issues
before the Utah Supreme Court. Mr. Summerill's regular
and frequent appellate advocacy includes fighting for
open and public education, due process and inmate rights.
Mr. Summerill currently sits on the Utah Supreme Court
Advisory Committee on Model Utah Jury Instructions and
the Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme
Court.
